EXPERIENCES
Berkeley Chinese Students and Scholars Association August 2018- present
l As a chief director of the event show called “IF YOU ARE THE ONE”. I have organized and planned event. Also, I have assigned over 50 co-workers, volunteers, and club members to produce and set the show.
l Breakthrough our ticket sales’ record and our homepage click rate of advertising the event.
l Attended by over 300 audiences, tickets were sold out within 10 days.
l As the main producer and planner of the biggest event “Chinese Spring Festival Gala”, I have lead over 80 co-workers and club members to plan the show. It was the first time that our club hosts a show in Zellerbach Hall, the biggest auditorium in UC Berkeley. Because of our successful use of marketing and social media, we had over 800 audiences.
Berkeley Art Museum & Pacific Film Archive Gallery Attendant February 2019- present
l Enforced BAMPFA security regulations. Maintained surveillance and roving patrol of assigned galleries. Provided. concise information and instructions to the public. Made periodic inspections and count works of art in assigned galleries. Assisted with crowd control. Performed light maintenance duties.
Berkeley Essig Museum of Entomology Digital Photo Assistant February 2019- present
l Edward Ross was an entomologist and pioneer of macrophotography. His collection of 80,000 35mm slides of. insects, spiders, and other arthropods is archived at the Essig Museum of Entomology. I worked with museum curators to digitize images and create metadata so that images can be made available for research, teaching, and outreach efforts.
Art Practice student gallery internship January 2019-May 2019
l Helped the curator to set up shows, hosted for each opening receptions and artist talks.
U. S. Art & Design School Art teacher and Teacher Assistant July 2016- June 2017
l Initiated and implemented creative education plans for individual classes, strengthened students’ interests in art.
l Increased school’s enrollment and reputation in the area. Also, improved the students’ awarding in art competition
JIANGSU Province Art Museum internship June-August 2015
l Achieved great repercussions from the local newspaper and increased museum membership by efficiently and professionally assisting team leader with my art critical thinking and experiences to organized art exhibitions.
